Review content:
I don't remember every writing a review about a company, but after having seen how many people were thoroughly disappointed with CCA, I felt compelled to add my experience. I have an LG Steam Dryer that stopped heating. It would tumble. It would blow air. Just not heat. I worked with the manufacturer over the phone to run a couple of tests as to why. Their best guess was the humidity sensor. The rep suggested I call CCA. I had not reason to doubt the quality of service since the manufacturer made the recommendation, so I did not check reviews online. When the service rep arrived, a friend was at my house. She asked in a dumbfounded tone: ""Are you really going to use them?"" She went on to explain how they had completely misdiagnosed a repair on her Thermador refrigerator
