Review content:
I had been looking all over town for a company that I could trust. I have a range just barely over two years old and had not had any problems with it. I went through the phonebook and asked my friends who they would reccomend, I heard from a couple of people that I should try Capital City, so the moment i called into them they were so helpful, asking me if I had tried certain things before we set up an appointment to see if I could save myself money. It didn't work, so the office staff set up my service call, I was told that I would get a call with a closer timeframe the night before. I couldn't believe that they would call me, that was very thoughful and polite. When the technician arrived he was very clean, polite and very knowledgeable about my appliance. Even though he did not have the part on his truck I only had to wait a couple of days, when he came back and installed my part I informed him it worked better then the day I bought it. Even though I know it wasn't going to be a free repair but the budget I am on I was able to afford the repair. I would reccomend this company over and over again. They have a customer for life!
