Review content:
I had a bird in that got in the vent of the dryer. Then somehow got in the dryer. I called a big chain and got the ""geek squad"" who took over 30min to try and make an appt. for this problem. Two phone calls later told that they don't handle birds that get in vent's that then get in the washer (lol). So called Capital after finding on the net (just moved in area). Started with a wonderful women who understood what happened and realized the urgency in which I needed help. She had someone here within 20 or so min. and he got the job done. And he was polite and handled the situation wonderfully! Next time I need help..will call into the sky my bird call and Capital will fly to my rescue!
