Review content:
Capital City Appliance totaled my appliance and won't take responsibility for it. The tech was responsible for damage to my appliance and won't own up to it. I called the owner of the company who used language that was disrespectful to both me and my husband during phone calls, we did not receive an apology and were told that we'd get nothing from them to replace the appliance. You can bet we'll never use them again and that we'll do everything we can to make sure our friends and family stay away from them!!
