Review content:
What I thought would be a quick and easy pick up and drop off turned out to be a frustrating experience. Most of the staff were overly friendly, asking way too many personal questions about my trip, etc, ""where are you going,"" small talk, etc, while the main audible staff member chewed gum with his mouth open. He also insisted on shaking my hand upon arrival and after my return, as if our two companies had just successfully completed a merger. This felt more like I was in a Seinfeld episode. They failed to go over everything in the contract thoroughly when he forgot to ask me and my girlfriend if we both wanted to be down as drivers. After getting into the car, we returned inside and battled for his attention while he and his fellow staff member played with the next customer's toddler. I was surprised to experience this level of unprofessionalism under what I can only blame poor management and a lack of basic sensible company conduct policies.
Pros: Semi-convenient
Cons: Slow and unprofessional customer service
