Don't use this company. Company came to house to fix my ovens. Took control board. Called a week later to say they were coming to fix oven. Oh, wait, no we aren't we don't have part yet. Week later called to sked new appointment. Called 10 minutes before 3-hour window closed and said uh, we don't actually have your part and we don't know where it is. The person on the phone, like the two previous calls, was absolutely clueless. So now I've been without ovens for two weeks and no end in sight. And now they've lost my control board so I can't even go anywhere else. Use this company at your own risk.
