I was referred to Haight Carpet by my hair dresser and I am SO impressed! I had the best experience from start to finish. After our tenants moved out of our rental property, we realized that they had destroyed the carpets in the basement. We had less than a week to figure out the carpet situation, as we had new tenants moving in. After searching the usual places--Lowe's, Home Depot, and all the local carpet and discount carpet stores, my hair dresser told me about Kristina and Haight Carpet. I called Kristina from the salon chair and she was able to get Mark out to measure the home about an hour later. I met Mark at the house, he brought samples and measured on Wednesday, March 2nd (he then even measured my home for new carpets & linoleum--later in the SAME DAY) and the new carpets were installed and vacuumed on Friday, March 4th for our new tenants arrival on Sunday, March 6th. We could not have been happier with the service, the quality of the carpet, the price....the amazingly quick turnaround! I can't say enough good things--the whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend Haight Carpet to everyone.
