Businiess name:  Redbones BBQ

Review content:
Sorry, hate to be a spoiler, but every time I see Redbones listed as one of the best of Boston, I get real scared for the state of Boston BBQ. My #1 criteria is tenderness and tastiness of the meat, as it falls off the bone and turns into a mouth-watering smile. I live closeby and have gone quite a few times. They are not bad, like the BBQ from your typical steakhouse. Their meat is big 'n meaty, but a bit on the dry side. Certainly, it's not really tender by BBQ standards. The sauce needs to be applied afterwards, or you have to settle for the stuff that was cooked into it...not that great, and doesn't work well with the meat. This goes for beef and pork. The chicken was dry as well. Pros: Large place for BBQ, Big 'n Meaty Ribs, Convenient location Cons: Meat is not tender, Sauce is so-so, Not Cheap
