Businiess name:  Redbones BBQ

Review content:
Don't believe the hype. What I tasted here sure didn't taste like southern food to me. This place is for yuppies and city folks who have never tasted the South. The yams are from a can, the mac & cheese tastes like Kraft, kfc's cole slaw taste more authentic southern than theirs, and I'm not quite sure what to say that stuff they call soccoutash is. The T-Bone steaks are priced nicely but are hard and tough even cooked medium-well. The brisket though, that's another story. Probably the only things Redbones has correct are the briset and the jars they use to serve drinks. Save your money, go somewhere else instead. Pros: brisket, friendly service Cons: everything else
