In this economy, I'm SHOCKED with the experience I had with Charleston Cotton Exchange. After walking into their showroom, knowing exactly what t-shirt I wanted (with a copy in my hand, in fact) -- I, too, was told by a gal named Amy that it didn't look good. I went through art charges for something BETTER. I approved the proof, but my end result was NOT what I approved. I was then told that they could re-do it for a discounted amount. WHAT??? You approve a proof and then pay double to get what you order. If it were a huge order, I would get an attorney and take them to court.
