Review content:
My main sewer line backed up (fortunately with only water and dirt in the basement!). I called the service department and they promised to have someone here with in an hour- on a Saturday during the Bengals' play off game. The Tech was friendly, very helpful and did a great job of opening the drain back up again. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with any plumbing issues! The charge seemed high for cleaning a clogged drain, but they don't charge extra for weekends and I would have called them anyway, so at least I didn't have to wait until Monday.
Pros: great service!
Cons: I felt it was a little expensive
