I dropped a pair of jeans to get fixed, the old man was so rude, but I thought maybe I was misunderstood. Not only the jeans took two weeks from the day after I dropped them, but when I picked them up the old man made me cry!! It was 4:58pm on Friday and place was closed, usually they close at 5pm, no big deal I though about coming the next morning. Suddenly, the old man opens the door of his business and I thought, 'wow', and walked in. When I got in, he said with a very very rough tone of voice, "I close at 5pm". Then I said, "I have no issues to come tomorrow morning", and he snapped back saying "why did I open the damn door"? Then I thought, 'things are getting bad in here'. So holding my tears, I asked for the pair of jeans, but I couldn't find the receipt. Then he snapped back again, "oh now you don't have the receipt". Then I found the receipt, and he threw the pair of jeans at me, and asked "do they look good?" I was literally crying at that time because I was scared. I then nodded a yes to him. I was so innocent that I tried to explain why I was late, as an apology of some sort, and he interrupted me saying, "I've been working since 6am too", in a very rude tone of voice. Then I left, without saying a word, and cried the whole way home. When I got home, I looked at the jeans, and the repair job looked horrible, as if a 5-year old child did it. He didn't even cut the thread strings, and the hole is opening-up again. Conclusion, I paid $10 to get hurt and stressed out. Last thing, NO RECEIPT-- IS HE WORKING UNDER THE TABLE?
