Went to him for a standard Will. Even though I just had all documents prepared last year, still said I needed a new Advanced Directive, Living Will, and Power of Attorney even though nothing has changed. I just wanted to make a change to the Will. Charged $1250. Brennen and Brennen did same for $450. I met with him for 1/2 hour at 5pm and cancelled 9am next morning. Rec'd email saying check had already been deposited (boy he is fast), and then proceeded to say his charge for our meeting was $350. Can you said greedy and overpriced?! Met with him on the 6/29. Today is 7/11; I don't see a check from him for the overage yet. Go figure! I see where he offers seniors 10%, but I did not get offered that. Beware.
