My daughter's car needed four new tires and NTB was $200 less expensive than my regular mechanic. Money is tight these days, so I took a chance. Huge mistake. The day after the tires were installed, my daughter experienced severe problems with her steering. She took it back to NTB and - low & behold - a $60 part had suddenly 'gone bad' and needed replacing. Sixty bucks - not too bad - but, wait! There's more! Add $200 in labor. Lesson learned. I'll never again take my car to anyone other than my trusted mechanics at Choice Auto in Raleigh. Trust me, pay the extra up front and avoid the NTB scam.
