We had a problem with Springtails. They don't bite or anything but we were waking up everyday to them in the sink. these idiots came by and sprayed and everything except the springtails were seemingly wiped out. They came back two weeks later to spray again as per our deal and still the Springtails are everywhere. Now they are wanting me to go on a monthly visit so that they can make more money so that they can still not take care of the job. Do yourself a favor, go outside and throw a rock. Whomever that rock hits will more than likely be a better exterminator.
