I was more then dissatisfied with the service I received at Stetners, I took my car in on a Friday to get an estimate and it was still running its not like it would have been hard. The man I first talked to was really pleasant and said he would have it done by Monday. Well Monday rolls around and I call to see if it is done it?s not? no big deal I can wait a few more day so I call again on Thursday, then on the following Monday and I get the same song and dance ?we are short handed? ?give us one more day? ? I will fax it to you? Tuesday comes and I need the estimate I call and talk to Mr. Stetner what an awful man, he told me that they weren?t interested in my car because I had taken it to another shop that had damaged it! I was amazed at how rude he was I just wanted a free estimate they do say they do that but no. The thing that bugged me the most is fine if you didn?t want to do it tell me three weeks ago not after you promise and promise to get it done!!!!
