Review content:
These people are good for sales. I did not feel pressured or screwed over in any way. They gave me a good price for an awesome car and did ok with the trade. The first couple of times I had service done at their shop the experience was great in and out. The last time that I picked up the car there was more wrong with it than when I dropped it off. This caused me to have to leave it at the shop two more times. They could not get the repairs done unless I stood right there to tell the mechanic what he needed to do. I then had to direct the detailer to several grease spots that were left inside on the dash and support pillars. I am not saying I would never deal with them again but next time when they say it will be an hour I will plan on a week and I will follow up daily with the service manager. They claim to be a five star dealer. Not a chance three stars is all I can do.
PROS: nice clean place
CONS: no quality controle
