Review content:
This was the second time I boarded my dog at this kennel and when I picked him up he was shivering. The first time I boarded him here was in mid October when I guess the weather was warm enough that he wouldn't get ill. I have a small poodle and was told by staff that small dogs would be kept inside. While the small dogs are kept "inside" it is not temperature controlled or put at a very cold temperature. My dog now has a serious ear infection and was very traumatized and whined for thirty minutes after we picked him up. I was extremely disappointed with the service and poor care this time around. I will not take my dog back.
