I only chose this place because I don't know the city well, had to schedule an appointment around work, and they would come to my apartment. Well, the 'technician' they sent to my apartment didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't get my power windows to work correctly, so he told me I'd have to go to the main garage as he had to go to his next appointment. Can you believe that bull? So I go to the garage and all the technician there did was loosen a couple of bolts. I can't believe the charge for that lousy service!
