I needed my winshield repaired and scheduled an appointment at my work. After waiting several hours past the technician's scheduled arrival time I called and was told he would not be out that day. The technician showed up the next day two hours later than the scheduled time. I was given an unreadable receipt and had to insist that they send me one, they eventually did. Two months later the windshield developed a stress crack. I called and was told the managers were out and they would call me back within an hour. I waited over 24 hours without a call back and eventually I called them again. I was told that my area was no longer in the SF jurisdiction but Oakland would handle it. The person got the Oakland manager on the phone who then had a heated argument with his guy in the field over him having to come out and look at my windshield. After reading the other abysmal reviews here as well as other places on the net, I decided to cut my losses and not waste my time attempting to get this worked out with them. I wish I had read these other reviews before I decided to use these guys!
