I have tried other spas in the area with much success but thought I'd try a laser package at Sona after hearing a radio commercial. I called & they asked that I pay on the spot, so I did. Then I read bad reviews of the procedure and tried to cancel. They wouldn't refund my balance and talked me into another (peel) package. I decided midway through the peel package that it wasn't working for me and tried to use my remaining balance for another procedure. They do not know my balance but are trying to force me to complete the package. This place is a scam and the service is poor. I heard other people coming in the office complaining about the cost of procedures and efficacy as well. Try another spa and read the reviews first!
