Review content:
I unfortunately had to much money already invested in this group before I realized the kind of people I was really dealing with. I was told from the beginning to keep costs down, I should correspond by email. Apparently this group charges per email, including the ones that are not even responded to. Then there is the office manager that sits up front and acts like the lawyer while the actual lawyers run to him for all the answers they need. And if he weren't such a typical used care sales man type person I would say that he deserved a raise but the truth is that he's the worst one to deal with out of all of them. I called to speak to my lawyer to get an update on my case since I'd heard nothing in over a month and my courtdate was in less than a week and ended in a heated 20 min conversation with this man and he never did let me talk to the lawyer or answer my question. I got "We do thousands of these a day." And " Do you trust your doctor to do his job, then you should trust us to do ours." Really? What can I say to sum up my experience. Over priced, left in the dark, inexperienced & rude staff. If you ever find yourself in this law office, dont walk, run out of there.
