I had a horrible experience with Living Intown. The apartments are reasonably priced, but I don't think it is worth it. For starters, there was always something broken, so they were constantly in and out of your apartment. It took me several months (and about $50 worth of pesticides) to control the insect problem. I still ended up seeing them periodically. They also sprung a $25/month water charge on me as I'm signing the lease. You can't trust what they say either. I had problems throughout my lease and I was told that everything was okay and not to worry about it. That wasn't true. They charged numerous fees for things I didn't do. I have never had a problem with a landlord in my whole life (I am 30 years old). I wouldn't advise renting from here. They manage a lot of properties intown, but there are other options so just keep looking. Pros: Would be great if they took care of the building Cons: Limited parking, ro*ches, Car and home break ins
