This place quoted me $194 out of pocket for my operation after talking to my ins. then I get the explanation of benefit and it actually cost me more than $860 out of pocket, come to find out I was over charged by $160 after I looked into it myself. It has been 12 days since they agreed to refund my money and still NOTHING!! Very, very poor at returning calls. I have to call several times before I got any answers! Said she was going to mail out copies of the paperwork twelve days ago and never did! Avoid this place at all costs!!! File complaint with the BBB if you have had problems. RIP OFF!!
