I think West Valley is a great place to live! Very safe and quiet atmosphere which is hard to find nowadays. The Morrell's were very nice and friendly to me at all times. I never had a problem with maintenance and the maintenance man seemed to work really hard trying to keep up with all of the tenants who thought they were living in some sort of gated community (on beer budgets!!). They are very strict about what you can and cannot do, but I appreciated that! Anybody with complaints probably did not behave very well and should move to other parks so they can see how good they have it at West Valley!
