This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in the 3 times i've been in weddings. i had tried on the dress i liked and it had fit perfectly, but it was in the wrong color, so they were going to order it in the right one. i had ordered my dress 10 weeks in advance...i started getting worried about a month later when i hadn't heard a word, so i started calling them every few days to see if they'd heard back from the distributor. finally....ONE WEEK before the wedding, they called and said the dress had come in...it took 9 weeks for it to come in. meanwhile i'm so stressed out that i've lost at least 5 pounds so i wasn't too worried about the dress not being able to fit, right? WRONG! they ordered the dress a size too small so it was tight and they actually told me that if i lost 5 pounds that i would fit...um excuse me? in the time i tried the original dress on to the time i tried the ordered one, i'd lost about 8-9 pounds as it was and if they had ordered the right dress in the first place, i wouldn't have to lose weight to fit in it. then they charged me an arm and a leg to alter the dress so i could fit in it (which i shouldn't have had to) and then when i went to pick it up, they'd sewed the removeable straps directly onto the dress (which i didn't want them to do) and the entire night of the wedding, they were literally digging into my shoulders to the point i had indents into my skin overnight after i took the dress off because of them.
