I bought a sofa, overstuffed chair and ottoman from these guys about 6 years ago. I thought it was a steal because I had been looking at places like Pier 1 and Crate & Barrel and Michaels was about half.. 6 years later, the sofa is in excellent condition (and I'm very hard on furniture), and the chair and ottoman are even better. I read these reviews and I am shocked that these people had such a negative experience. I'm not sure what people expect from a furniture store. One person complained about not being able to return the furniture! Show me ANY furniture store that allows that.
Pros: Cheap, decent value, wide variety, haggle on price
Cons: Minimal custoemr service, pushy salespeople, haggle on price
