I was very surprised to read so many bad reviews. I think some people just have extremely high standards. This place is excellent for everyone that can't afford Crate & Barrel, Pier 1 or Restoration Hardware. Name brands are scarce in this store - which left me with quite a bit to choose from. Most name brands are only that, a name. They don't always mean quality but they do always mean price!
Pros: Great prices, non-pushy sales people, a lot of variety, open restroom, easy parking, every kind of furniture
Cons: In Van Nuys. Eww.
