Review content:
Although my initial impression of this office was a very good one, I soon found out otherwise. This office is terrible and I will never go back again- worst doctor's office experience ever!! Although the staff is very friendly, they are using extremely questionable billing tactics by overbilling the patients and the insurance companies for procedures that they did not treat. They have a medical questionaire asking if you have had any particular issues in the past and if you check yes, and then they ask you about the previous medical issue during your exam (even though you are not currently experiencing that medical issue and it was treated and resolved in the past), they then add a billing code onto to your chart for every issue that they spoke to you about- even though you don't have those medical issues anymore and didn't ask or solicit any help for those medical issues!! What they are doing is completely illegal and I have already filed complaints with the insurance company who confirmed what they are doing is not right, as well as other state agencies. After looking them up online after this happened to me, I have found numerous complaints from other patients about the same issue. This office is TERRIBLE, and the office manager refused to work with me and denied what they are doing is illegal. DO NOT GO HERE, all they care about is getting money!!!
