We bought polymeric sand and it worked great. We had some bags left and they didn't want to take them back. Over the phone they told us that they didn't take returns. However, we stopped by and they did take them back. We are happy with the company and thier service.
Pros: Had the polymeric sand that I wanted in stock
Cons: They took back the extras that we didn't use
