I came home for the holidays from the Military Services and decided to go car shopping with my brother in law. Since my brother in law is a fan of the ford focus and told me to go check it out because it would be an affordable new car for me. At first we pull into the dealership and I was wondering why is there not a single customer in this area and this is why. We went there and the price for the 2012 ford focus Se was off the chart. It is almost $5000 over than the MSRP NOT including tax and fees. So i gave the manager what I believe is a reasonable price from my research online about the vehicle. I do not remember his name but the manager was an older Caucasian male with all grey hair. He kept on asking me what is it i am looking for in a monthly payment. I told him I don't care about the monthly payment because its going to work out when i get my final price for the car. He said, so you can afford the monthly payment for this car at $800 a month for a year or two? I said no, because its not going to be $800 a month, if it is then I would finance it through a different bank. He then keeps on asking me for my credit score when I have a Co-Signer who has an outstanding Credit score that the manager himself admit to have never seen that high of a score before after we showed it to him. So he keeps on asking for my credit score and I gave it to him and it was not tremendously horrible or horrible to the point where i can not afford to get a car on my own because other dealerships said I have good enough credit to finance it on my own. The manager then goes BERSERK literally and YELLED at my brother in-law and I in the dealership in front of everyone and TRYING to embarrass us and told us to get out. We were not being rude nor did we say anything insulting. We did what normal consumers do when they go to a car dealership: which is to bargain for the price. When we did that we got YELLED at and I mean literally YELLED at by the manager. So if you want to be embarrassed and want to be yelled at by a complete stranger in front of other people then by all means please do go to this dealership. For sure, I nor anyone I know will ever go to this dealership. I highly recommend that you do NOT go to this dealerhsip. Pros: null Cons: null
