Review content:
I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for close to 10 years, in California, Texas and now Colorado. Never a complaint, in fact up 'till now, their service has always exceeded my expectations. Today, while at this location, my car was assigned to two "technicians" who must have just been hired from Taco Bell. Now, I understand that employers need to train new employees, but they don't get to do it on my car. Particularly, when they are unsupervised. One poor kid couldn't seem to get the hang of mounting tires on rims, and I watched him flub it a half dozen times with each tire, before he asked another guy for help. The bigger problem was the 16 year old who was attempting to balance my tires. I was watching him, and knew something was wrong when it took him 15 minutes to finish one tire. Thankfully, a more senior guy inspected his work, and subsequently took all of the lead weights off and re-did the work. I immediately told the manager I wanted someone else to work on my car.
