Review content:
I feel bad about complaining but I was so offended by my recent poor quality manicure/pedicure with Sueve esp. since I am a returning facial customer and spent more than $400 in services and products that day. She started by giving me the wrong pedicure so I had to ask her to check my reservation. Toenails were raggedly cut and hastily filed. She almost cut my skin under the nail twice and didn't apologize. Cuticles were poorly done also. I pointed one out so she removed the polish and redid. She clumsily brushed against 3 nails and smeared them so had to redo. More cuticles had to be redone but I was so frustrated at this point that I didn't say anything since she should be the "professional". Then, to top it off, during the drying process I was totally ignored so I had to go to the reception to ask for help. They didn't even acknowledge me and kept on doing their accounting since it probably was late. I had to call their attention more than once even if I was the only one there. Only one lady was nice. I do not recommend this manicurist, however, their facials are good depending who you go to. Joanna was excellent--very qualified, professional, cordial and attentive. I only regret not specifying to give all of the tip just to her. Lynn
