Review content:
We took my 71 VW Beetle in for some work. We were very excited about this shop and Steve was great. When we went to pick up my Beetle Steve had retired due to illness (this was a definate loss). There was miscommunciation so when I took my car home to find out some of the promised work that I thought I had paid for(alot of money ) had not been completed.
Pros: Steve was great, too bad he is retired now
Cons: Horrible customer service, bad communication, overpriced
