Businiess name:  Aj Maxwell's Steakhouse

Review content:
i have to say that everything about aj maxwell's looks like your classic steak house. from the white clothed tables, to the impeccable service to the massive hunks of meat coming out of the kitchen. too bad it didn't taste better? the irony is that i went to the restauarant with two friends who raise beef cattle for a living. they agreed the steak, while massive, really lacked flavor. i started with a ceasar with stale croutons, and knife-chopped lettuce. then i had the rib eye, which could have fed a family of four. they had the filet mignon, which was smaller but no more flavorful than anything else at the table. the mushroom side dish was good. the wine list had very few good selections for under $100. i felt like this restaurant was trying to focus too much on its image and not on the food. oh well. Pros: service Cons: food - too much of it with too little flavor
