Review content:
I had a 1-year membership expiring at the end of June. I informed the front desk over the winter that I wanted to cancel, but they did not tell me I had to do anything special for that to happen. When I canned on June 28th to confirm the cancellation, I was asked about a 60 day cancellation notice, and they refused to stop charges to my credit card company. Luckily, my credit card company will reject all charges from them, but I cannot believe how mafia-like their business practices are. The really sad thing is I would have had nice things to say about the club until they decided to act this way. Once again, a business is not seeing the big picture.
