I have been going to Frank for about 7 years now, and he never disappoints! When I first moved to St. Louis, I went to a really lux salon in Clayton and got butchered. The stylist who butchered me even had the never to tell me I had bad hair. Luckily, I stumbled onto Spectrum. I called to ask their rates - which are reasonable - and thought, "What do I have to lose?". Turns out I had a great stylist to gain! Before I could tell Frank how much i hated my hairstyle, he said, "This is the wrong cut for your hair thickness and your face shape." He then told me how he was going to fix it without taking off a lot of length. He is a genius! I have sent him my roommates, friends, coworkers, and even my boss. They all love him, too.
Pros: Frank is the best!!
Cons: not a thing.
