Review content:
A big fat zero goes to MASPONS funeral home. Not even a star rating !! They ignored the family's wishes to be present at Dad's cremation. Buffooons, who don't know their business, Mr Eric Maspons doesn't do a very good job of training his employees. From day one.. misinformation, then I went to pick up the ashes after they had the audacity to do a cremation without telling us.. and the clerk at the desk who is ASLEEP awakens in a stupor to adv me my sister has already picked up the ashes which I knew was not true. BUt oh well, Mr Maspons covers up for everyone, makes excuses and then keeps goading you into getting your lawyer and says things like ' well I can say that in a court of law easily" I have the papers to prove it'.. Either Mr Eric Maspons has been sued numerous times or he has very good friends in high places i.e . best buddy is an attorney . why would he keep alluding to LAWYERS and COURT?? hmmm . something fishy going on here . , This man has no intergrity, a total lack of leadership is demonstrated in his inability to even confront the matter at hand, DOCUMENTATION MR Maspons have u ever heard of that ?? when folks call to tell u that they want to be PRESENT at the cremation it should be documented !!
