I NEVER write reviews, however, I was so happy with my shopping experience here i had to write one! I visited 4 different places in Portland while on my first wedding dress shopping trip. AniA stood out as the best by far. I had an AWFUL ( and I mean horrible) experience at the store down the block ( I think its called silver lining or something like that) my scheudled appointment lasted less than 15 minutes there because it was so awful. I had an appointment at AniA scheduled for later in the day, but decided to stop in and see if they had an earlier time. The women were all VERY pleasant and helpful. Of course the store was very busy because 2 major trunk shows were going on, so I wasn't able to get my appointment in much earlier (totally understandable) The sales people and the owner were very helpful when I asked about other stores to possibly check out while I tried to kill time for 2 hours... They didn't seem defensive or hesitant to offer other suggestions for places to look. When I came back for my appointment, They were able to get me in a half hour earlier than expected. Helena was my helper and I can't say enough about how great she is! I must have tried on over 20 dresses and she never got annoyed or rushed me. After almost 2 hours, I had it narrowed down to 3 dresses.. I couldn't decide because I loved them all. BUT between Helena, 3 other associates, the owner, and my mom...I FINALLY found my dream dress. AniA made my dreams of having an Alvina dress come true, and I can not thank them enough! The sales people are GREAT (very helpful, patient, and have a great eye for what looks good) one thing to note, the store is a little small, however, They are moving to a new location sometime in October. This place is AWESOME and I would not recommend anyone other than AniA..... THANK YOU ANIA!!!!!!
