Review content:
We brought our car in for a full checkup in late October. All issues were fixed along with a full oil change. Since that time, we have had an oil leak. Be brought it back to correct the leak and we were told: "we wiped it up, it should be fine". Well, it's not fine. We brought it back again and we're now told it will cost $93.00 to fix the leak. Question: Why wasn't the leak found and identified with the inspection and with the oil change? And, why wasn't the cause of the leak found and identified when we brought it back the first time to be repaired? And, why did the leak start the day after the oil change? No answer. This is the second time this type of activity has happened with this shop. They get the problem fixed the first time about 65% of the time. The rest of the time, it'll cost you. To date, i have never had luck getting this shop to accepting responsibility for an improper diagnosis or poor craftsmanship.
Pros: They'll drive you home when you have to leave the car.
Cons: They don't stand behind their work - poor craftsmanship
