Review content:
We have always used this company for our plumbing and heating needs. Excellent service. Great employees. HOWEVER...I suppose this last week's employee was having a bad day. He came to install a dishwasher in our new kitchen. It appears that it was not an easy installation, as when I came home I heard him remarking that one screw was going to hold that dishwasher in place instead of the required four, because he couldn't get them in right, and the balance would have to do....THEN he slammed his tool on the ceramic tile floor, and said "yep just buy American--nothing like it" , well YOU didn't!." NOW whether I buy American or not is not his concern (I usually do, but not this time) -- nor should he voice that to a client. Most of all he should NOT throw his tools around in a client's home! Poor customer relations this time. What a shame. Don't really want him to return. Guess I'll have to ask for another employee to finish the job...Nope, not finished YET!
