Horrible Experience !!!! We live 7hrs away from a University located close to this location. We put many items from my son's dorm room in storage for the summer. We come back in the fall right before school is about to start to find all the items stolen from the unit !!! The lock was still intact and unit looked undamaged but somehow someone removed lock and stole items then put the lock back. The lock itself was purchased from Public Storage and we were the only ones that were supposed to have the keys. The local and regional management for Public Storage was useless and did nothing to resolve the issue. Everyone we spoke said the sounds like a classic inside job. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK
