Review content:
My wife took our car into this shop because the said they could do a free inspection. They looked at the car in the parking lot and said it needs a complete transmission rebuild and she shouldn?t drive it or she will do more damage. I was out of town so she had them give her a ride home. I talked to her that night and she told me what happened. I called the next morning and talked to Luis.(just like the guy leaving the good reviews) he said the transmission was bad and he could put one in for about $2200.00. I decided to call the dealer and, they said a rebuilt transmission for my car was about $3800.00 installed. I expect the dealer to cost a little more but this was a big difference so I decided to get a second opinion. I had my wife go to pick up the car and take it to another shop that a friend of mine had used. When she showed up they had already started removing the transmission without any authorization form my wife or myself and when she said she was going to get another opinion Luis said he knew that other shop and that they did terrible work he went on and on about his shop was to only place that knew what they were doing. Luis charged us over $200.00 to put the car back together and when we went to the other shop they replaced a solenoid and it works fine now. I would not advise anyone to use this shop the guy Luis is defiantly a hot head and he might be the cheapest guy in town but you will get what you paid for at least we did.
