Hisui is my favorite restaurant in Vacaville! The service is great, there are a wide variety of seating options and even the pickiest eater can find something they will enjoy on the menu! My favorite is the all you can eat sushi boats. The sushi is always fresh and the sushi chefs give excellent service, especially Jack! If you don't see what you like on the boats, you can order a wide variety of sushi rolls, nigiri, gyoza, yakatori, etc... The price for all you can eat sushi is very reasonable. I could eat there everyday! The hibachi is also excellent. It's a favorite of my family, especially on birthdays. Hisui offers a free meal if you dine in on your birthday. I have no idea what the other reviewer was talking about in his review...don't believe it! Hisui is an excellent restaurant with excellent service!
Pros: All you can eat sushi boats, hibachi, and sushi bar--happy hour half price special rolls!
