I was very disappointed in how awful the service at Pizza Metro was. I placed an order for delivery, one hour later still no pizza... so I called, apparently the delivery driver had been there and left (although the buzzer never rang). So, they tell me they will send the driver back and I wait another 20 minutes (this time outside of my building) and still no pizza... I call again and they tell me the driver had been there AGAIN and left. Which obviously is untrue. Horrible service I will never eat Pizza Metro again and I will also continue to tell everyone how awful this establishment is.
Pros: good food
Cons: worst service possibl
