Review content:
I have bought two snowboards (1 complete set-up) from this store. The customer service every time was non-existent to fair most of the time. I had to bring in the first board I bought because it was delaming within two weeks of buying it. The sales associate demanded to know "what I had hit, what I had done to the board" to make it delam. Nothing, no impact damage was along the edge to give anybody this idea. The last time I was in that store I was looking at getting a new pair of snowboard boots. I eventually got the attention of 1 out the 3 sales staff standing just a few feet from the boot wall to ask a question about the different models. The snide response I got was enough that I have vowed never to step foot in the store again. If they think they are too good for my money, they're probably right, there's too many other places to spend it in Portland without getting treated like crap.
Pros: gear selection
Cons: customer service
