Review content:
Once again it is January in Reno time to make reservations for Valentin's day. reservations were made for one the the secluded cabins in the back of rapscallions. All went well we arrived an hour prior to dinner checked in and assured that our table was ready when we were. So we proceeded to the bar for conversation with friends prior to dinner. five fifty came and it was time for dinner just before we headed back to the mater"d a regular walked past us and was greeted be all of the staff. So we were greeted by the mater"d and started walking toward our table to find that the regular was just seated in our cabin. after being asked to sit in the foyer for about 20 min. we were told the only table available was next to the south entry door we reluctantly took the table but after sitting their for about 5 min and getting blasted by the cold night air every time someone entered or exited we left. We were not offed any compensation for our being displaced I personally will never enter this establishment again. And this comes from a 20 year Reno resident that loved coming to this establishment both sitting at the bar as well as dinning. Cons: dont bother making resevations
