The doctors at this practice are pretty good, but the service at this OB/GYN has been horrible from the start. I went to their satellite office in Irondequoit and it was alright at first. It wasn't until I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine that I realized they didn't even have my name right in their systems. My order was under my middle name and it wasn't even spelled right. I had to have the pharmacy call over to RGH and get me an emergency order till they figured things out. Then the next year I called the Irond. branch to make a new appt. and it was fine, till I found out the day of my appt. the call system automatically goes to the Penfield office if no one is there, they scheduled my appt. in Penfield having me think it was Irond, quite the surprise when I show up and no one is there. Finally I get my bill for the appt and they charge me a crazy amount because the girls in medical records/reception (who knows) can't even put in my insurance correctly and my insurance denies my visit. Needless to say I am done with this practice. The doctors are very good, but the service is absolutely horrible.
