My son and I were searching the internet for local used GTIs. Strong had several listed and ultimately we ended up with a newer, lower mileage GTI than what we had anticipated given our price range. RIcco was not only excellent on our test drive, but also allowed us time to drive it privately. He is completely knowledgable about all the differences and options available, and ultimately, we attribute our successful purchase 100% to his efforts on our behalf. While we were slightly above our original target price, we benefitted from a Certified vehicle (something other dealers hadn't bothered to do with their vehicles), lower mileage, and a pristine, loaded car beyond what we aspired to have before we walked into Strong. Ricco was able to help us navigate the sales process and I know who we'll be calling for anything we need from the Strong dealership franchise.
