When we arrived the hotel seemed pretty welcoming. Our room was on the second floor and we walked into the hotel from the back entrance - that did not require a key at it was after midnigh - and took the stairs to the 2nd floor. We opened the stairway door into our hallway and was immediately greeted by the pungent odor of a used ashtray. Thankfully the smell was not in our room. The bed was very comfortable, however, when I asked about a roll away bed I was told it was an additional $10.00 charge and they would see if they had one. They wanted my money before they even knew if they had a bed. The next day i asked for a couple extra blankets because I had my 2 small children with me and they didn't even know if they had extra blankets. The pool was lacking upkeep as there were used towels laying around and there were no towels available and walking to the front desk was out of the question since I was in a bathing suit. The only positive thing I can possibly say abou this stay was the bed was pretty comfortable with the pillow top.
